Eurocircle

Founded in Berlin in 1993, the EUROCIRCLE network is a European grouping of project managers actively involved in the social sectors of education and employment. In 1995, the network became a non-profit-making organisation under French law, and settled in Marseille.

Eurocircle is a European NGO that develops, carries out and promotes transnational projects in the field of international mobility and non-formal education for youth. The objective is to give the youth of the Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur (PACA) region access to European mobility and non-formal education in order to facilitate their socio-professional integration.

One of Eurocircle’s priorities is young people with fewer opportunities, such as people who are unemployed, live in rural areas, left school early, have an immigrant background, etc. Eurocircle is divided in the following departments: EVS (sending, coordinating and hosting organization), youth exchange, professional internship and cultural project. In addition, the Eurocircle team includes multiple trainers and regularly develops non-formal training courses for youth and social workers.

Eurocircle operates as an applicant or partner in different projects such as European programmes like: Youth in Action, Life Long Learning (Grundtvig, Leonardo), Erasmus+, Life, Prince, Equal, Daphné, Progress.
